A caretaker at heart, John's passion lies in healing and treating clients through massage therapy. His Southern California roots is where his love for the ocean and beach come from, and combining the serenity of the beach with the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy seemed like the perfect match for healing. He has years of experience in a range of modalities, from Lymphatic Drainage to Sports and Rehab.
In his downtime you can find him a few steps from his office, with a towel out in the sand and enjoying the sunshine. He is also known to know a thing or two about bikes!
Ana has always been fascinated by our bodies and how we can optimize our well-being. Almost ten years ago, she switched from a corporate job to a career in health and wellness. She is a certified yoga therapist who led yoga therapy programs at Torrance Memorial and prenatal/postnatal yoga classes at happy baby studio in El Segundo. She also teaches private classes. Ana is certified in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal Massage, and Swedish Massage.
Outside of work, you will find Ana on the strand skateboarding with her two boys or playing beach volleyball.
Yuri is a clinical massage therapist with over 11 years of experience treating patients at chiropractic offices. After receiving her Master’s Degree and working in a different career, she took a class in Anatomy, where her true passion for the human body reignited!
With her compassionate and caring heart, coupled with her experienced and professional hands, Yuri tailors every session to the needs of each individual. She is certified in Myofascial Release, Shiatsu (Acupressure/Trigger Point), Sports Massage, Myofascial Decompression (Cupping), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Kineseo-taping, Facial Cupping, and Prenatal Massage.
Yuri is busy with her daughters when she is not working while staying involved in the Taiko (Japanese Drumming) community!
