SWEDISH MASSAGE (Standard)
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
SPORTS MASSAGE
This technique focuses on breaking up knots in muscles and increasing circulation, flexibility, and a range of motions for improved athletic performance, quicker elimination of lactic acid, reduced risk for injury, and faster recovery. It is beneficial for those with repetitive use injury or those simply seeking to relieve muscle pain/swelling/tension to maximize their athletic performance and physical conditioning.
HEADACHE THERAPIES
This technique focuses on the head, neck, and shoulders to decrease pain and discomfort from migraines and tension-related headaches.
Headache therapies provided regularly can significantly reduce the chance of migraine attacks and tension headaches by relaxing muscle spasms and trigger points.
GERIATRIC
A gentle massage technique is applied to the soft tissues of the body and may include passive stretching. It helps maintain and improve overall health as we age and is beneficial for enhancing blood circulation, improving balance and flexibility, reducing arthritis pain, increasing joint mobility and range of motion, improving posture, and helping to relieve anxiety/depression. If you have a specific health condition, please consult with your physician before scheduling an appointment.
FULL BODY STRETCHING
Experience a head-to-toe assisted stretch for more flexibility, mobility, and performance. The benefits include an improved range of motion and muscular strength.
CUPPING THERAPY
Cupping is a form of massage therapy which decompresses soft tissue using vacuum suction. The cup gently sucks to your skin and lifts underlying soft tissue into the cup. It is used to treat lack of mobility, tight muscles, headaches, tendinitis, bursitis, plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia, and release of trigger points.
PRENATAL MASSAGE
A Prenatal massage aims to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and make you feel good. We have state-of-the-art equipment to make sure you enjoy all the benefits of a massage and help ease any stress.
TRIGGER POINT THERAPY
Trigger point therapy is a soft-tissue treatment that helps release tense, painful knots in your muscles and fascia (web of connective tissue). Components of trigger point therapy may include sustained pressure, posture and movement correction, electrical stimulation, dry needling, and massage. Trigger point therapy is performed by putting and holding pressure on your trigger points.
FACIAL CUPPING
The face is full of muscles, just like any other part of the body. Facial cupping will relieve muscle tension, reduce puffiness, softens fine lines, improve circulation, and encourage cell turnover and collagen production. The effects are similar to lymphatic drainage, gua sha, and face rollers, all in one. Using smaller cups than those used on the body, facial cups are always in motion and do not leave any marks. Facial cupping will be performed with Marula Oil. If you prefer a different oil, please bring it with you. Please arrive without any make up on.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Very light pressure is used with slow repeated and circular movements to stimulate the lymphatic system, which brings nutrients to cells and eliminates toxins from the body. This massage technique reduces swelling and fluid build-up on specific body parts (such as post-surgery). Several sessions are recommended to allow the body to respond to this technique and drain the lymphatic system faster.
ACUPRESSURE
Firm but gentle pressure is applied to acupoints on specific areas of the body for approximately 30 seconds to 2 minutes at a time. Acupressure is a good option for those looking for a natural form of pain relief instead of taking pain medication and may help with nausea, headache relief, muscle pain/tension, and cancer fatigue.
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
Firm pressure is applied on specific body parts to stretch and elongate deeper layers of muscle tissue. Myofascial Release helps relieve pain caused by muscle tension and increases the range of motion and circulation. Regular treatments can help break up scar tissue, heal sports injuries, reduce chronic pain (such as low back pain caused by long periods of sitting), and improve the body’s natural alignment and posture.
THERAPEUTIC OILS
Therapeutic oils contain both anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties and can penetrate through the skin for isolated pain management. It can also help with sports massages and possibly helps lower healing time, allowing an athlete a lower recovery time.
MEDICAL
After an accident or chronic pain injury, doctors prescribe a medical-massage. It may include a combination of massage techniques to help treat health conditions such as sciatica, carpal tunnel, back and neck pain, sports injuries, work-related injuries, and more.
SHIATSU
Shiatsu massage therapy relies on the use the fingers, thumbs and palm to apply pressure to various areas of the body’s surface to help heal common ailments and conditions, and correct imbalances in the body. Pressure applied to points on the body promotes energy flow and corrects disharmonies throughout the patient's body. Shiatsu helps relieve stress, treat pain and illness, and contributes to a patient's overall health and wellbeing.
INFRARED SAUNA
($45 for 45 min.)
An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses light to make heat. A regular sauna uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body. An infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you. Benefits can include better sleep, relaxation, detoxification, and weight loss.
ICE BATH/COLD PLUNGE
An ice bath is an immersive experience where one submerges their body into a tub filled with icy cold water, typically mixed with ice cubes or ice packs to lower the temperature even further. As one eases into the frigid depths, an immediate sensation of intense cold envelops the skin, causing a sharp intake of breath as the body adjusts to the shock. The chilling water works to constrict blood vessels and numb the skin, creating a tingling sensation that spreads throughout the body. Ice baths, also known as cold water immersion or cryotherapy, offer various benefits for physical and mental well-being including reduced inflammation, pain relief,
improved circulation, enhanced performance, mental well-being, boosted immune system, and skin health.

This technique uses more pressure than a Swedish massage to relieve tension from the deepest layers of your muscles and connective tissues. It can help relieve chronic muscle pain, muscle injury or imbalance, or anxiety.
This gentle, relaxing full-body massage technique helps release muscle knots/tension and relieve minor pain. It increases oxygen levels in the bloodstream, improving flexibility and circulation, and reducing stress.
